Slit homolog 2 protein is a protein that is encoded by the SLIT2 gene.SLIT2 has been shown to interact with Glypican 1.SLIT2 is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with SLIT2 include Cakut and Hemorrhage, Intracerebral. Among its related pathways are Nervous system development and Kidney development. An important paralog of this gene is SLIT3.
